When we want to arrive somewhere, we must already have, not a goal or outcome in sight, but an arrival.
The Kind Grower is about being global, being globally relevant.
It isn’t about just the products or its most cost-effective and quality distribution networks, because these we can and must keep creating and re-creating, as we adapt to the needs of the climate, customers, communities and economies.
What we used to silo as different products and businesses under a corporate brand, is a thinking of the past.
The Kind Grower sites itself; we locate ourselves, as a global presence.
That’s the difference. We already know this is the work we want to do – #FoodSustainabilityintheAnthropocene – live global impact and changemake radically how #safegoodfood is grown, and brought about with care, and pragmatic governance, to all those who need it.
It requires a quantum leap. The now is already the future re-framing the past. When we can re-frame, it means, we exercise and act a certain freedom, from the mindset of entrapments and cannots, of limitations.
Because a good future demands it of us. To be courageous, to get up, over and over again. To be undefeated. To overcome the geological, geopolitical and geoeconomic challenges that are already here right before the eyes, hearts and feet of our children and our vulnerable.
And more, to not fight the wrong battles.
But instead, pursue that which is worthwhile for our earth and humanity, and for our children’s children.
In the dissolution of all such bindings that hold us back from the arrival at the horizon, we then simply choose to arrive at the horizon, in an instant.
The Kind Grower is a mindset. We found a simple sustenance – purity of heart. And a simple realisation – wake up every morning, turn up for work, with the simple sincere work of hands.

In that sense, the NOW is the most relevant global location, destination and action.
It is not possible to be global without a local meaning. It is not possible to offer meaning, without presence. It is not possible to be present, without the presence of the whole self, and another.
